Returns, Exchange and Refunds
We accept returns for a full refund on any product purchased, and received in the last 7 days. Our return process is designed to be simple and easy for our customers. Please follow below simple steps. We can only refund or replace UNOPENED items.
Here's what you need to do:
1. Email us at email@example.com with the information below.
- Order number (you can find this in the order confirmation email sent to your email address). If you happen to order via our Facebook Page, just send us your Complete Name and we will search for it manually.
- Items to be returned
- Reason/s for exchange or refund
- Complete address where exchanged items will be shipped
- Refund details - please send your bank details or where you want your refund to be deposited/sent
2. Wait for our confirmation email for further instructions as to where to return your items. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours after receiving the item/s.
