REGISTRATION

1. Do I need to create an account before placing an order? 

You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register upon check out, or just check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases. Click here to create an account.

2. What are the advantages if I create an account and register? 

  • You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you provide a different information. 
  • You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We'll keep track of the items you placed in your shopping cart so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your shopping cart for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.

1. What kind of payment methods do you accept? We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Paypal
  • BPI Bank Deposit or Online Fund Transfer
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

2. Is my privacy and information secure on your site? 

Absolutely! Shopping on our site is super safe and secure. We treat all our customers' information with utmost confidentiality.

3. Do you restock items that are sold-out?

Yes! Send us an email should you like to order something that is out of stock and we will try our best to replenish our stocks as soon as possible. 

 

ORDER STATUS AND SHIPPING

1. How do I check the status of my order?

As soon as we fulfill/ship your orders, you will receive an email or SMS from us with the information on how to track your order. Order confirmations are sent via SMS or email within 10 minutes when your order is received. If you will not receive any confirmation from us, kindly check your spam folder or you may contact us by sending an email to  info@urbanfitandfab.com

2. How long usually is the shipping time?

For Paid Orders (Paypal / Bank Deposit):
Metro Manila : 1-3 business days after payment confirmation
Outside Metro Manila : 2-5 business days 
after payment confirmation

For COD Orders:
Metro Manila : 2-7 business days

Outside Metro Manila : 3-10 business days
